We do not allow refunds for any items (we do only in the unlikely case of a damaged product).
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an damaged product, please contact us immediately.
Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving it, as we won't accept damaged returns after that. After receiving the good, we will issue you a full refund.
We don’t offer exchange for sale items.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are responsibility of the client. When returning from outside of the EU please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please remember, all items must be returned to us unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unmodified in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, if any, still attached.
